WHAT IS THE KCI INTERNSHIP?
The KCI internship is a 12 month programme which gives you the opportunity to serve in the King's Church International office on a voluntary basis and be part of many exciting projects the church is working on. It has been a life-changing year for those who have previously completed the programme and can be for you too!
Could this be for me?
We'd love for you to join us on the internship. If you have a heart for the church and can commit to serving three days a week then you could be the perfect fit!
Many previous interns have been school leavers but we have also welcomed 5 graduates, and a number of older applicants who have had transformational years they will never forget; growing in their skillset, faith and confidence.
As well as being a committed member of the church, who is in a small group, we're glad to accept all individuals who have a servant heart, are team players and willing to bring everything they've got to the table. The internship allows you to develop many new skills which will set you up for whatever you do next.
What would I be doing?
The church does lots. There's always something for people to get stuck in with, whether it's weekly events, ministry or school support, to media and communications or finance; there's sure to be an exciting area for you to get involved in.
You'll also have the opportunity to travel abroad as part of your role and contribute to the church's activities overseas. Check out what the interns got up to when they visited our campus in Robertson, South Africa this year.
