It was great to see so many back at the theatre this week. During the service and in the online service, Pastor Wes shared the next part of Paul's story in Acts, where he and Silas went to the city of Berea and later to Athens. There was a big difference in how the two cities received the good news of God.
Today around the world we can see different contrasting responses to the gospel in different places. For example, there is great responsiveness to Christianity in Latin America, sub-Saharan Africa and many parts of Asia, while many see Europe as ‘the graveyard of Christianity’.
Today we can decide whether we will be those who change the culture we live in for God or simply reflect the values of the culture that we are part of.
