During this long and continuing time of COVID, one of the biggest struggles for people all around the world is that they have not had time to be with friends and family. People have missed the human contact, support, encouragement and of course hugs. Friendship is such a big issue. Just because someone may have many friends on Facebook doesn’t necessarily mean they are real friends.
The Bible talks a lot about real friendship. It teaches how such an awesome God actually desires that we draw near to him in a friendship relationship. When Jesus, who was God in human form, was on earth, He took time to befriend people. He also showed us how we too can be friends with God.
