WHAT'S EXPECTED?
To apply for Destiny Training you're expected to be a committed member of a small group, have been on Life Class or an encounter weekend, serve in the church, and most importantly be eager to develop as a disciple and in your ability to lead others.
You may not feel like a leader yet, but the Bible declares from the beginning of creation in Genesis 1 that each of us has been given the potential to achieve great things. We can do this by serving people, being an example, and being an influence.
Below are a few reasons to apply for the course.
PREPARE FOR YOUR CALLING
As Christians, we are all called to fulfill the Great Commission; "Go and make disciples of all nations." (Matthew 28:19)
DEVELOP LEADERSHIP SKILLS
As well as becoming a great leader within KCI, you will develop skills, character and leadership strengths which will benefit every area of your life.
